WARNINGS Before installation, make sure that the vehicle is stationary and the wheels chocked. Be careful when laying wires, not to cause any electrical shorts or wire breakage. After installation ensure the bonnet can close without hitting the newly installed battery and battery tray.
FITMENT INSTRUCTIONS 1. Make sure that the vehicle is stationary, the engine is switched off and cool. Disconnect the negative battery terminal from the main battery. 2a. Unplug Diesel computer plugs. 2b. Remove computer. 2c. Remove computer bracket from vehicle. 3. Refit diesel computer to supplied computer bracket using the 3 original screws. 4. Bolt computer bracket to tray using 2 x M6 countersunk, 25mm long bolts and tighten using the 2 x M6 Whizlock nuts. 5. Place battery tray into position and line up with 2 x Captive nuts and 2 x existing holes. Use 4 x M6 bolts and 2 x 25mm Panel Washers & 2 x M6 Whizlock nuts.
