How do we get the largest range of auto parts & accessories to your door?

We’re able to supply you with the biggest range of auto parts by:

  • Stocking thousands of products in our strategically located distribution centres located all around Australia
  • Integrating our network of trusted partners into our fulfilment centres
  • Facilitating special orders that are custom built for your specific needs

We will provide notifications at each step of the fulfilment and delivery process and update you as soon as we can if a product is going to be longer than the expected delivery time.

 

How much does shipping cost? 

Our flat rate shipping policy is simple and transparent so you can shop with ease and know exactly what to expect.

Metro areas: Flat-rate shipping fee of $9.90.

Non-metro areas: Flat rate shipping fee of $14.90.

*Classification of metro and non-metro areas are determined by our courier companies.

How do I track my order?

Once checkout is complete, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your order. You will also receive a notification during each step of the fulfilment and delivery process. 

Please allow time for our team to source and pack your order for delivery before receiving a dispatched notification. 

As every order is unique, the time it takes you to receive your tracking information will vary depending on the items you purchase. Rest assured, our goal is always to ensure you receive your items ASAP.

Deliveries are typically made between Monday and Friday during business hours (9am – 5pm). 

 

Split deliveries

If you have ordered multiple items we’ll try to ship them as one delivery. There may be circumstances where it is quicker to split the order into separate shipments due to products being dispatched from multiple locations or depending on the size/ bulkiness of your products. If this is the case you will receive a notification with a tracking number for each individual delivery. 

 

Can I pick my order up from you?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer pick up. Instead, we use the best delivery methods to ensure that you get your parts as quickly as possible – no matter where you are in Australia.

 

Can I send my order to a PO Box?

Please note: not all parts can be shipped to a PO Box (i.e. too large, dangerous goods etc) We’ll be in touch if your order is unable to be delivered to your nominated shipping address.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched. All orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment, so please get in touch  with us as soon as possible about changes or cancellations.
