WARNINGS Before installation, make sure that the vehicle is stationary and the wheels chocked. Be careful when laying wires, not to cause any electrical shorts or wire breakage. After installation ensure the bonnet can close without hitting the newly installed battery and battery tray.
FITMENT INSTRUCTIONS 1. Make sure that the vehicle is stationary, the engine is switched off and cool. Disconnect the negative battery terminals from the main battery. 2. Remove the 4 bolts holding the transfer box guard and remove the guard, replace after installing battery tray and battery. 3. Position tray as close as possible to fuel tank guard and using M12 bolts, nylock nuts and washer secure tray to chassis rail. Using 2 X chassis plates supplied. No holes are required as the bolts are over and under the Chassis rail. 4. Check clearance of fuel lines and brake lines. Shroud fuel and brake lines with split tubing where they pass over the top bracket. 5. Install battery and ensure clearance to fuel tank and secure battery. Using M8 bolt and spring washer fit the hold down top mount. 6. Reconnect the negative battery terminal to the main starter battery or install the desired Dual Battery System.
