OEM level technology and cooling - OEX Water Pumps
Utilising the latest in water pump technology, OEX water pumps have been developed with the highest quality seals, bearings and castings to ensure an easy fit as well as smooth, quiet and reliable functionality of one of your engines most vital components. OEX ensure their water pump range meets strict OEM performance guidelines and in some cases even exceed the OEMs to provide your motor with a water pump to reliably deliver fresh, cold coolant to your engine even on the hottest of long summer drives. .
The entire OEX waterpump range is subject to rigorous product testing and development procedures with an in-house Quality Assurance team. The team go over their water-pumps with a fine tooth comb and check everything over including the quality of the metal casting, the sizes/tolerances and also examine closely the housings, pulleys, shafts, bearings and impellers so you can crack into replacing your water pump knowing that the replacement will stand the test of time and also fit up with no surprises or adjustments necessary performing just like the original, if not better.
OEX replacement water pumps utilise the latest water pump technologies and advancements developed by OEM manufactures, some of these include
:High-quality precision bearings
Induction hardened bearing shafts, heat treated using electrical current for more consistent hardening and increased strength
Silicon carbide rotary face seal offering superior lubrication and wear resistance as compared to traditional ceramic seals
Sintered graphite used for stationary face seal offering superior lubrication and corrosion resistance to traditional style seals
When fitting a replacement water pump, we also recommend replacing your potentially dry and cracking radiator hoses as well as any old hose clamps. These are generally inexpensive items but save you a heap of time and money doing them while pump is off.
